Does your lake have a Dam? You might be considered the owner. The new DEC
regulations describe the owner as not only the obvious but also anyone that uses the Dam.
This might include boaters, fisherman, swimmers and most anyone that puts their toes in
the water. Attached are numerous papers for your info relative to this and be sure to
contact the DEC before May 19. 2008 with your opinion. The address for this mailing

possible and signed by Officers of your group.
